If you purchased an item or items through our merchant channel we would ask you to email us and ask for a RMA. Please note we do not accept any returns more than 30 days from the day of receipt. This date will be determined by when the package is listed as delivered by the shipping service provider. Unfortunately no exceptions.We review all items returned to us and we ask please have the original tag on the item. We will issue a refund through Amazon to the card on file (Only).

Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on any of our lingerie.
We do not allow returns on any undergarments due to health regulations.

VERY IMPORTANT

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. Once the tags are removed, the merchandise is yours (NO EXCEPTIONS).

All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, g-string, men's boxers & thongs, Body Wraps, hosiery, and pasties.

Climax Couture charges a 15% restocking fee on all returned items which is recommended by Amazon. We do not reimburse the original cost for shipping under any circumstances. Please call us or an RMA number and we will give you the address for the return.
